‘Signposts – Towards Universal Information & Advice’, produced by a project group as part of the TASC workstream within the JIP programme, is a key objective of Putting People First. The guidance is intended to help local authorities develop their universal information and advice services and covers: – Strategic policy and context, and key issues to take into account when developing information and advice services – Findings from research and individual case studies of work undertaken – Sources of additional information and areas for further development.
