They are designed to be low maintenance – we take care of the gardening and the exterior and shared areas. They are also safe and secure with door camera entry, fire-detection system and gated car parks (selected developments only).

Our Chiltern Place development in Amersham won a national award in the Housebuilder Awards 2020. We also received the Housebuilder Special Recognition Award for our success in controlling Covid-19 infections in our developments.

We were delighted to again receive the Five Star Award for customer satisfaction from the HBF and NHBC in March 2020, making it the 15th year in succession that we have received this accolade.
Housing for Older People Awards
In May 2019, we were pleased to pick up four awards at the Housing for Older People Awards, run by Elderly Accomodation Counsel (EAC) and voted for by residents of retirement housing. They included three silver awards for our developments and a Hero award for our House Manager at Rockhaven Court, Bolton.
Pride in the job awards
Five of our site managers received coveted Pride in the Job Awards at the National House Builders’ Council (NHBC) 40th awards event in June 2020. These Awards recognise site managers across the country who are at the top of their profession and are creating homes of an outstandingly high standard.
