EAC Housing Advice
Over the last 37 years, EAC provided a unique ‘housing options’ information and advice service to older people and their families. The service spanned the range of choices open to older people – from ensuring that they will be able to live safely and well in their current home, to moving to somewhere more suitable.
We are doing all we can to make it possible to re-open EAC’s advice service, as there is no other similar national service, and only a handful of local ‘housing options’ services.
However we do recommend the following services which may be able to help you today:
- Age UK: A federation of national and local advice services specialising in social care, housing and benefits: 0800 678 1602
- Independent Age: A national charity specialising in care advice: 0800 319 6789
