COMPASS
What does it do?
Compass aims to promote healthy living and well-being for isolated older people. It is a partnership between the Borough of Poole and Faithworks Wessex.
Who it is for?
The service is for older people who are:
- living within Alderney and Newtown electoral wards;
- aged 65 and over;
- living alone or with a carer who is assessed as needing help on account of the older person being isolated from other forms of support.
Where it is available?
Local service (Poole).
How to access or apply for it:
You can self-refer or you may be referred via your GP, local faith group, local voluntary organisations, social services etc.
