The Acticheck life-saving alert wristband

Peace of mind designed for living

What does it do?

The Acticheck life-saving wristband enables people to get help even when they can't get to a phone.

Uninterrupted protection: Most systems are impractical to wear all the time, but a wristband that is waterproof, has a one-year battery-life and looks like a fitness tracker means it will be there whenever you need it.

Comprehensive alerts: As well as being able to call for help and monitoring for falls, the Acticheck wristband has unique I’m OK checks, where at chosen times of day the wristband vibrates and the wearer presses a single button if they are OK - a bit like checking the curtains have been opened in the morning and closed at night. A missed I’m OK check with no response (e.g. because of a loss of consciousness) will call for help when other devices don’t.

Enable family & friends to respond: When an alert is raised there are two opportunities for the wearer to let us know they don't want help by pressing a button on their band or by responding to an automated call. Only when they do not respond are automated calls placed to the people they have chosen as responders - family, friends and neighbours - in the order they have chosen, until one confirms availability. There is also the option to add our Fallback Response Centre as a final responder, who will call an ambulance if needed.

Easily manage your details and settings: A simple yet comprehensive online portal allows wearers or others (with permission) to manage the system or just to drop-in and check the wearer is active without pestering them; bringing peace of mind to those who may feel vulnerable and those who care for them.

Go anywhere: Although the base unit which is paired to your wristband has a far greater range than standard WiFi (typically approx. 200m), you can still be covered away from home by simply pairing your wristband to our free smartphone app.

Predictive analytics: This breakthrough technology makes it possible to detect possible health issues by reading the wristband's movement every 15 minutes and comparing recent activity to historical baseline data (e.g. an unusually restless night may indicate a possible UTI).

Exceptional customer service: With a 30 day money-back guarantee and polite and helpful staff who are happy to help or answer any questions, we have earned an average 4.8/5 star rating from our many customers.
