Our telecare service provides instant alerts as soon as you press the button or if you have a vibrating fall device and you fall or trip a signal is sent to the Monitoring Unit, through an alarm sensor (equipment that can monitor specific actions/situations) installed in your home. Our team of operators monitor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for any alerts that are raised by the telecare Monitoring service – and whether they need to call out an ambulance, or simply offer support and reassurance, they will remain on the line until you are in safe hands
