We fill the gap between cleaning services and regulated care. Our services are ideal for people who don’t need personal care but do benefit from dependable help and social contact at home. Our aim is to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give both individuals and families peace of mind.

Ellia is for adults in Gloucestershire who want to stay independent at home but need some extra help to manage day-to-day life. Our service is ideal for older people who don’t require personal care but would benefit from regular support, companionship or help with practical tasks.

We also support family members who may live at a distance or have other commitments and are looking for a trustworthy, local solution to help their loved ones stay safe, well, and socially connected.

Our service is flexible and designed to fit around each person’s lifestyle, routine and preferences.

Ellia offers a range of flexible support packages starting from £22 per hour, with services tailored to the level of help and companionship required. All visits are delivered by the same trusted team member each week to ensure consistency and comfort.

We currently offer four core packages:

• Flexible Essentials – £44 per week: 1 home visit (2 hours), outings optional

• Social Life & Wellness – £56 per week: 1 home visit + 2 social outings per month

• Everyday Living – £88 per week: 2 weekly home visits (4 hours total)

• Complete Support – £152 per week: 3 visits per week and 4 outings included

Social outings can also be booked individually at £35 per trip.

At present, Ellia is a privately paid service.
