Services we offer range from 10 minutes up to and including a bespoke 24 hour Live-in service. Each service is individually tailored to meet Health and Social care needs. These include:

Personal Care; including a bathing service.
Meal preparation
Medication up to Level 2
Home from hospital support
Sitting Service
Accompanied visits
Social visits

Overnight Sleep-in / Waking Night provision

What it costs:

The basic rate is £13.19, some services are charged differently such as overnight care and 24 hour Live-in services.

*Privately funded Service-Users may qualify from support from the local authority (depending on their individual circumstances), a referral for a Financial Assessment can be made.

A formal offer of an individual care package.
A thorough risk assessment of the environment, a risk assessment of the tasks to be completed, along with a detailed equipment risk assessment.
A provisional start date
