What does it do?
The active4age service provides a personal emergency alarm that connects to the telephone. Customers also have a pendant that can be worn around the neck or wrist, ensuring that they can access help anywhere in the home and in the garden too.
As well as the peace of mind that the alarm service offers, customers also benefit from the dedicated support of their Mobile Support Officer, these officers visit customers regulary to check on their wellbeing and help ensure you get all the help and support you need to remain at home for as long as possible. We can help with finances, social outings and even garden maintenance... and if there's anything we can't do, we'll find a man who can for you!
