The Ipswich HEARS Service is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year Personal Alarm Service.
If customers need assistance in an emergency (such as a fall) they can easily make contact with our HEARS team by the touch of a button.
An alarm unit is connected to the customers home telephone and electric socket.
Each customer is given a personal mobile button, which can be worn as a pendant or wrist strap.
The alarm unit is linked to the HEARS 24 hour HEARS control team.
