What does it do?
We deliver various services to assist people to remain in their own homes.
Each person will have their own Person Centred Plan.
We assist people to get to work and support them at work if required.
We assist people in maintaining skills and learning new skills.
We assist people with shopping/ medical appointments/ social activities & days out.
We assist people in all aspects of daily living, getting up in the morning, personal care, preperation of meals, cleaning, assisting people with showering/ bathing, assistance in going to bed, we provide sleep ins/ waking watches if required.

Local service (Fylde, Hyndburn, Lancaster, South Ribble, West Lancashire, Wyre, Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, Burnley, Chorley, Pendle, Preston, Ribble Valley, Rossendale).
What it costs:
Our services are costed at £11 per hour & £6.50 per half hour

What to expect then:
We will arrange a suitably convienient time to come and see you, explain our services, find out what services you require and develop your own plan, centred around what your wishes & requirements are.
You will then have the option of being involved in recruitment of your own personal support worker (this does depend on size of support package) or you have the option of meeting your assigned support worker.
The plan is then developed and part of the PCP plan is implemented before service starts, followed by 6 weeks of development of your own in depth PCP (Person Centred Plan). This ensures that all areas of your wishes and needs are met by us.

Additional information:
We specialise in assisting people with their own SDS (Self Directive Support) or Direct Payments in gaining the exact support plan they are looking for, with times and support teams they feel comfortable with. Each plan is reviewed 3-6 monthly or more often if required.
