What does it do?
The Tuesday Club provides day care and social activities to meet the physical, social, religious, dietary and cultural needs of mainly
African and African Caribbean elders, and support for their carers. Our provisions include the above as well as group and individual activities
to cater for members needs. We provide a full day care package including the following activities:- bathing and showers, hairdressing,
gentle exercises, board games, knitting, crochet, poetry, reading, reminiscence, discussions on current affairs, vocal appreciation (for a
more comprehensive list, please contact Centre Manager). Assistance is given to members with all aspects of correspondence. Also members are encouraged to participate in carers/users group/forums.
