Triangle Leisure Club

What does it do?

The Triangle Leisure Club provides care, companionship and support to older people (over the age of 55), particularly those of African
Caribbean descent. Activities include outings; arts and crafts; dominoes; keep fit; videos; speakers on issues such as benefits and health; reminiscence sessions; and a lunch at 1.00pm. The club is open 1 day (Wednesday) a week from 11.00am - 3.00pm. Members participate in
setting up the programme of activities. A home visiting service is also provided.
