We offer a range of products which use the latest alarm technology to ensure you are safe in your home or whilst out and about.

Who it is for?

The Carecall service is for anybody who feels they would benefit from the peace of mind and security of having someone available 24/7 at the touch of a button.  This could be an older person, someone with a medical condition or disability or someone who is more vulnerable, frail or prone to falls.  Our service provides a range of telecare alarms and devices for people in their own homes, Sheltered Housing or out and about in the community to promote independence, safety and wellbeing.

What it costs:

Our prices start from £12 per month for alarm rental, technical support and 24 hour a day monitoring.  For people living in Essex who have not had an alarm before, Essex County Council currently offer a subsidised service of a free installation and three months free monitoring so you could pay nothing for three months.

What to expect then:

Once a referral has been made we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to come and install the alarm, complete relevant paperwork and demonstrate the service.  We aim to offer you an installation date within 15 working days, although this can be much quicker if your need is urgent.
