Helpline Limited

Helpline - Personal Alarms for the Elderly with our five star service

What does it do?

The service provides Peace of Mind for customers and their families by providing a means of summoning assistance in the event of a fall or a medical emergency. A small button is worn around the neck or on the wrist, when the button is pressed, the Emergency Response Centre is automatically alerted and will communicate via a speaker in the alarm base unit to establish the need prior to summoning the appropriate help.

Who it is for?

The service is for the elderly and disabled in their own homes.

Where it is available?

National service (England, Scotland, Wales).

What it costs:

There is an initial installation charge which is dependent on the equipment required, then an on-going charge for the rental, maintenance and monitoring of the service - £4.28 per week.

How to access or apply for it:

Telephone 03458247999
Website www.helpline.co.uk
email support@helpline.co.uk

What to expect then:

Telephone contact to discuss individual needs, then a prompt appointment for a member of the Customer Support Team to visit to install the alarm, complete all paperwork on the customer's behalf, give a training session on the use of the alarm, allow a practice run to hear what happens when the button is pressed, and to go through a handbook with additional details about the alarm.
