My partner, Steve, and I are a guitarist/singer duo from Cheltenham.  We are professional musicians and we perform regularly at care homes and retirement homes in the Cheltenham/Tewkesbury/Cirencester/Stroud/Gloucester area.

 

We have built up a wide repertoire of songs particularly suited for elderly residents - from old time and show tunes, wartime songs to  pop, jazz, Latin, and singalong songs, so we can try to ensure we provide a good mixture that includes the kind of music each audience enjoys most. We love it when the audience likes to join in.

 

We are always adding new tunes in response to special requests.  For example we are sometimes asked to provide particular themes such as wartime memories, Caribbean rhythm, summer tunes for garden parties, American Songbook etc.  We also have a complete programme of Christmas music which includes both traditional carols and Christmas pop songs.

 

We are happy to play at any time of day or evening, to suit you, subject to our availability.  We normally do about an hour with a short break in the middle, but would be happy to tailor that to suit your particular requirements.  Our normal charge is £65 for about an hour’s performance.

 

We care very much about providing an excellent quality of music and providing as enjoyable an event as possible for elderly or poorly residents.
