Major Swing and Kitty supply spiffing dance music for vintage  or themed events across the country.  Our music spans from the 1920s through to the early 1950s, incorporating the American Swing era as well as the golden age of the British Dance Bands.  We currently entertain at the following Wartime Weekends: Leyburn, Ingleton, Pickering, Sherringham, Loughborough and many more.  We are also proud to be entertaining in the Colonial Club at the famous Twinwoods Festival in Bedfordshire.

Major Swing and Kitty are available for private events/functions where we can provide not only music from both the 1930s and 1940s,  but also vintage dance demonstrations and instruction.  Our stage props, flags and bunting will give your venue the right ambience should you require them.

Our afternoon Tea Dances are extremely popular for Fund Raising events as well as private celebrations.  So if you are thinking of hosting a birthday party, anniversary, fund raiser, village fete or any other type of event please do not hesitate to pick up the old blower and give us a bell to discuss your requirements.
