We offer anything from once a week check in with light housekeeping, companionship or help with errands to more complex care needs including personal care, mobility assistance and nutritional support. 

We cater for the elderly in their own home with a range of conditions and needs. We cover Edinburgh City, Midlothian and East Lothian.

We do minimum one hour visitis at £30 per hour, and no hidden fees and no change of rate for weekends or bank holidays. This can be funded privately or by the local authority topped up with personal funds.

After a phone call to discuss you or your loved ones needs, we will arrange to meet the Client at home for a more in depth assessment and discussion of what is expected by both parties from their care and support. This will include which days and times your visits will be delivered. We will try to get to know you better at this stage so we can find the best carer to suit your personality and interests. Once the care plan has been agreed, you will have the opportunity to choose your caregiver before the care delivery is started.

Visiting Angels Edinburgh East is owned by registered nurse Courtney, who has spent her nursing career caring for the elderly. She is passionate about offering continuity for her Clients, as it is a big adjustment for formerly indepent adults to rely on a total stranger, especially when it comes to personal care. To ensure we can build meaningful relationships with our clients, Courtney and her team treat the caregivers with respect and gratitude for their hard work, as well as paying industry leading rates. This means our carers want to stay with the company and are happy to be at work, meaning they can provide the best care for our clients.
