Who it is for?
Many families are opting for domiciliary care – otherwise known as care at home – because it puts the elderly back in control of the support they receive. With one-to-one personal attention, from 30 minutes a week and up to several visits a day or overnight support, our care plans are completely built around you. You can even opt for a live-in round-the-clock carer living with you at home.

What to expect then:
When you first contact us we will arrange for a member of the team to come and visit you and discuss and assess your individual situation and needs. We will produce your personalised care plan which will then be confirmed with you and your family. It will be tailored to suit you and your lifestyle, preferences and abilities, so we need to ensure that you are completely happy with the plan. From then on we can begin providing you with the services in your plan.
We guarantee that all of our staff have the necessary training, experience and qualifications needed in order to do their jobs professionally and effectively. During our recruitment procedure, we certify that they are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Disclosed Barring Service (DBS). We undertake rigorous measures to ensure that they are constantly working to the highest of standards with regular observations, spot checks and reviews. Many of our staff undergo further training with us in order to continually advance their skills and improve themselves professionally. As well as being fully personalised for the individual, the care service includes a full evaluation of your home for free of charge – this can be supported by a separate Occupational Therapy assessment so that we can work together with you to source equipment or adapt your home.

At Rance Healthcare Services Ltd, we are aware that every case is very different, the illness affects everybody in different ways, therefore it is extremely important to us that each of our clients receives high-quality personalised care to suit their needs. Our highly experienced carers provide compassionate and sensitive support for you in your own home. Depending on what help you and your family think you need, they can support you with day-to-day activities that you may find difficult; help stimulate your memory; reassure you and prompt you to remember certain tasks or dates; provide personal care if you need it, and become a kind and caring companion. We understand how hard this illness can be on people and we want to be there for you to allow you to keep living your life as independently, healthily and happily as possible. We also provide respite care if you already have a family member or friend caring for you. How often you wish our carers to come is entirely up to you, we create our Support Plan around your individual needs and requirements. Therefore, if you already have a carer and only need us to come round once a week this can be arranged, allowing your personal carer a break whilst still providing you with the best care possible.
