We are based in Haslemere and cover Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.

Our services range from short visits to comprehensive personal care and support packages tailored to meet your individual needs and promote your independence.

Maita Care offers personal care and support to adults aged 18 and above, those living with dementia, physical disabilities and learning disabilities.

Our packages of care and support are billed on a time charge basis, depending on the level of care and/or support required. The rates are categorised into basic care, enhanced care and complex care and applied accordingly. We charge mileage in addition to the stated rates. In order to ensure that the correct care is provided, we offer a free non-obligatory initial assessment. Different rates apply over the weekend.

• Hourly: Basic £30.64 (weekdays)
• Hourly Basic £33.64 (weekends)

There are different time slots available, ranging from 30 minutes, 45 minutes and more extended visits. Night wake and sleeping nights are all based on your individual needs.

Applicants should expect a prompt response to schedule an in-home iniial care assessment and to discuss the care needs. 

We offer a free non-obligatory initial assessment to assess the care needs of the individual(s) prior to starting the service. We encourage the family and/or other informal and formal carers to participate in the care assessment. We co-orinate with the GP surgery, discharge teams and other clinicians involved in the care. We offer acare and support package that is tailored to the needs of the individual(s).

The information gathered as part of the risk assessments is used to create a person centred/individualised care plan. We can normally start the care delivery shortly thereafter.
