Life24 is a unique, professional telecare and support service brought to you by Grand Union Housing Group, which is available across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
The tailored service includes:

- Professional 24 hour response service
- Regular contacts from a Life24 Advisor
Who it is for?
Life24 is for children, young people, adults and the elderly, who are at risk due to frailty, physical or mental health conditions, disability, impairments, fleeing from domestic abuse situations or addiction. Life24 gives you the opportunity to live with independence, safe in the knowledge that emergency help is available 24.7.

There is an additional charge for a SIM where a fixed phone line is unavailable. With a 30 day minimum contract, there’s no long-term commitment, and no additional fees outside of your chosen service level price plan.
Level 1:
- £5.10 per week*

- 24/7 response service
- One contact check per week
Level 2:
- £8.65 per week*
- Basic alarm and any number of specialist sensors
- 24/7 response service
- Three contacts check per week
Level 3:
- £12.20 per week*
- Basic alarm and any number of specialist sensors
- 24/7 response service
- Five contacts check per week
