Services Provided

While we await formal CQC registration for personal care, we are currently providing a wide range of unregulated support designed to reduce social isolation and promote well-being, including:

Companionship & Sit-in Services: Meaningful social engagement and respite for main carers.
Community Access: Support to visit loved ones, attend places of worship, or participate in local events.
Domestic & Practical Support: Meal preparation, shopping assistance, and light housekeeping.
Well-being Activities: Tailored home-based activities to enhance cognitive and emotional health.

At Bespoke 2U Homecare, we don’t just visit a house; we support a home. We cater to the unique needs of individuals and their families to deliver a service that is not just needed but truly wanted.

Who it is for?

This service is for:

Adults aged 65 and over
People living with dementia
Individuals with physical disabilities
Individuals with sensory loss (including visual and hearing impairments)

We provide services to all adults aged over the age of 18. We support people from all walks of life, regardless of health concerns, disabilities and religious or cultural preferences.

Where it is available?

Local service (Blaby, Harborough, Leicester, Oadby & Wigston).

What it costs:

The cost of our services largely depends on the level and type of care required, however, hourly visiting care starts from £30 per hour. We offer flexible care packages tailored to individual needs, and a full assessment is carried out to provide a clear and transparent quote.

How to access or apply for it:

People in need of help and support for themselves or a loved one can access our service by contacting us directly by phone or email, or by visiting our website, to arrange a no-obligation chat and initial consultation. We will carry out a free assessment to understand individual care needs and develop a personalised care plan, bespoke by design and in collaboration with the individual and their chosen relatives/representatives.

Individuals can also be referred through their local authority, healthcare professionals, Social Workers, or through direct Payments and Personal Budgets teams, such as We Are Purple, Mosiac 1898 etc. Family members and representatives are welcome to contact us on behalf of someone requiring support.

What to expect then:

Upon receipt of your enquiry, a member of our team will contact you/the relevant person to discuss the individual's needs, wants and wishes, then arrange a free care assessment. During this assessment, we will take time to build rapport, understand your preferences, daily routines, and the level of support required, as well as discuss who we have available as a potential good match to provide this service.

Following the assessment, we will develop a personalised and unique care plan, provide a clear outline of costs and agree a potential start date. Once everything is agreed, we will carefully match you with a suitable care professional and arrange for an introduction visit, prior to beginning service delivery, at a and convenient suitable time.

At Bespoke 2U Homecare Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing unique and truly personalised packages of support. All of our staff are fully trained in various aspects of care delivery, and have completed a thorough and robust vetting process, including values-based interviews to assess their suitability, and confirm their moral compass aligning with our vision and values.

As part of our support offering, we are happy to arrange short visits of 30 minutes, as well as longer calls to cover extended companionship visits and outings, whether 2, 4 or 6 hours, for example. We provide flexible visit schedules, so they can be once a day, multiple times a day or a couple of times a week, dependent on the individual's wishes.
