Our aim is to improve the quality of life for older people by providing practical help and support, as well as emotional support and opportunities to socialise.
Exercise Classes
We have a regular Tai Chi class which is held at the Leominster Locality Office, we also offer chair based exercise classes at the Leominster Office and at some of our day centres.
Who it is for?
Age UK Hereford and Localities offers a wide range of services which are available to those aged 50 and over, their families and carers.
