What does it do?

We will provide you with the right level of practical support to enable you to confidently and safely remain in the comfort of your own home.

We will support you with your chosen daily routine and activities while maintaining your independence and individual lifestyle.

As a carer we will help you balance work commitments, family, leisure and social life with your caring role.

We can provide a flexible tailored service to meet individual needs, examples of services we can provide;

Companionship, support to access leisure and social activities, escort to attend appointments, respite services, shopping/prescription collection, preparing and cooking meals, housework/laundry, home from hospital, welfare benefit information and form filling, pet care, gardening and handyman services.

Who it is for?

We are offering this service to the people who live in the Rugby Area of Warwickshire.

For people who are worried about a loved one while they are at work or away from home.

For people that need help to manage day to day activities so that they can enjoy life to the full.

For people feeling lonely or isolated.

For people that would benefit from flexible support offering individual care.

Where it is available?

Local service (Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick, North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth, Rugby).

What it costs:

We can provide information on welfare benefits and provide people with support when applying for a social care assessment.
 
The service costs £12.50 per hour plus any out of pocket expenses, for example mileage to travel to appointments or admission costs to sport centers.

What to expect then:

When you contact us, we will offer to visit you to discuss your needs and wishes.

We will listen to you about how and when you need support.
Together we will draw up a support plan detailing how we can offer you the care and support you have asked for.

We will match a support workers skills, knowledge and experiences to your needs.

We will listen to your preferences and respect your wishes to be supported by a person you can build a trusting relationship with.

You will meet your support worker before any support is given.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE A STRANGER ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME.

The manager will have regular contact with you to ensure high standards are maintained.

Additional information:

We will provide quality person centred services fully insured at affordable hourly rates.

All support workers have been personally vetted and we carry out an enhanced DBs (highest form of police check)

We only employ people who are compassionate about people and care about the service they provide to people.

Most importantly all staff will embrace the Caring Help at Home ethos of providing quality person centred services ensuring peoples dignity and privacy is respected at all times.
