Chaloct Home Care provides domiciliary care and support to people living in their own homes. Our bespoke services are for private clients and people with Personal Budgets and Direct Payments.
Our range of services are provided by vetted, experienced and trained Care Staff and Personal Assistants.
The care and support services we provide are: Personal Care Domestic Support Services, Live-in Care, Reablement, Dementia Care Carer Respite, Sitter Service, Sleep-in and Waking Night, After Hospital Care, Palliative Care. Medication Supervision, Befriender Service and Meals Preparation
Under our CARE AT HOME PLUS PLAN we also have professionally trained Personal Assistants that provide additional assistance and support with administrative and practical home management tasks, as well as escort support for improving lifestyle, leisure and social inclusion.
Chalcot Home Care service is available during the day and at night all year round.
We quality monitor all our services to ensure our clients get the very best care and support at all times. What it costs:
Our minimum hourly service charge is £14.00 per hour. We also offer a reduced charge rate for some block services.
How to access or apply for it:
To access our home care service call 0207 722 5096 to speak with our Registered Care Manager who will explain the service options available and arrange a free home visit care assessment appointment, on request.
What to expect then:
Our Field Care Coordinator will visit and provide the initial consultation which will also include helping the client to identify how much or how little support they need, and how to include it in their plan of care.
