If you have a problem with your home, our repairs team can help you to find the best way to fix it. The repair work we undertake includes:

• re-roofing
• rewiring electrics
• central heating work
• dealing with rising damp and penetrating damp
• replacing doors and windows
• repairing uneven paths and steps.

We provide help and advice with repairs and adaptations to homeowners across the city.

• We work with older people over 60, helping them to live independently in their own homes;
• We also work with disabled people of all ages, including people with mental health issues or learning difficulties. 

Our experienced staff can  advise you about government grants or benefits to pay for the work.  They can also tell you about other organisations who may be able to help you financially.
