Hanover Telecare

What does it do?

Telecare for you
  • Do you want to continue to live in your own home, but with the peace of mind that someone can be contacted in an emergency?
  • Do you need help to manage a specific health issue or disability?
We provide a range of services to help you to live independently and feel safe in your own home, knowing that there is always someone there - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our user-friendly devices, if activated, raise an alarm at our central control centre. The devices range from basic personal alarms worn as pendants, watches or belts, to a variety of different sensors discreetly placed in your home.

Hanover Telecare can support you in a variety of different situations, for example illness, falls, fire, floods, gas or carbon monoxide leaks, bogus callers or medication reminders. Anyone of any age can benefit from our services. They are suitable for people with dementia, physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems,  or a fear of being victims of crime.

One press of the alarm or activiation of the sensor, and control centre staff will immediately have information to tell them what has been activated and how best to respond.

They will speak to you through the speaker on your alarm to check how you are. If they are unable to contact you, they will then contact your previously designated person, for example a family member, neighbour or the emergency services. Not only does Hanover Telecare give you peace of mind; it also reassures your friends, families and carers that they will be alerted in an emergency.

We can make a real difference to your life.
