This service provides timely, appropriate and accessible information to enable people to make informed choices on matters that affect their lives.

Advice and guidance

We offer local face to face support backed up by specialist advice and guidance from our national helpline and publications

We have a number of easy reference leaflets, briefing papers and other publications available at our offices.

Key areas of advice include welfare benefits, community care issues and support on social and leisure activities.
