What does it do?
The service aims:
- To provide full and relevant information for patients, relatives and carers, within a confidential and supportive environment.
- To empower patients, relatives and carers, enabling them to influence their situation in a positive way.
- To act as a resource for patients and their families.
- To act as a resource for the provision of information to health professionals
Who it is for?
The service is for individuals who need help to understand and take responsibility for their health.
Where it is available?
Local service (Poole, Purbeck).
What it costs:
The service is free.

Our current drop-in times are Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 4.p.m.
