Age UK Essex operates a free Information & Advice service dealing with all issues affecting older people. Our trained staff have access to specialist advice on enquiries such as:

We maintain a register of clubs and groups in the county. If you are looking for a club or group to join please look at our register to see what is available near you. Please contact our Advice and Information team if you can not find what you are looking for as it is possible that a club may not be on our register. We can also record your interest and potentially help to start a club or group if enough people have also shown an interest.
