Remember Me day centre is open 7 days a week from 8am until 6pm. We offer daytime respite care in a secure environment for those with dementia of any type and stage.
we provide fun and stimulating activities throughout the day. We’ve been featured on BBC tv and radio for our innovative approach in finding new and exciting ways  to stimulate the Brain to aid in slowing down the progression of dementia. 
Each day and activity will be tailored to each individual as we know each person has their own likes and dislikes, their own personality and things they used to or still enjoy doing. 
breakfast is served on arrival, a 3 course lunch and a light evening meal before going home. Plenty of refreshments are served throughout the day along with snacks. 
We have a code system so all doors are safe and secure meaning all clients who attend cannot walk out of the centre but they can walk around freely inside. 
we have a great dedicated team with over 15 plus years of dementia knowledge and training. 

We can care for any age or stage of dementia, we have showers if needed and also hoists and lifting aids for those in wheelchairs. 

All personal care is provided throughout the day. 

We are not your average day centre, we always have something fun going on throughout the day, our centre is light, airy with a homely feel. we also provide support for families. Free taster sessions are available for anyone wishing to try a day centre. just give us a call and chat with one of our friendly team members. 

Our Rooms and just some of our activities

Sensory room, Music room with all musical instruments & 2 pianos, Living room, dining room, dance hall, activities room, Nail bar, hair salon, relaxation room, Arts and crafts. 

These are just some of the activites we provide and we are always thinking of new ideas. 

Arts and crafts, poerty, music therapy, dancing, singing, quiz, group discussions, pool/snooker, bingo, games and puzzles, hand to eye co-ordination ( bean bag toss plus many others) cards, chair based exercises, cinema afternoons, painting, reading, plus so much more. 

More importantly we make friendships and provide social stimulation everyone is included in whatever we do each day nobody is left, we always encourage everyone to join in. 

Our Centre is for those with dementia/Alzheimer’s at any stage or mobility. 

We pride ourselves in being as affordable as possible and we try to keep the costs as low as we can by providing a lower charge per day than other dementia services in Liverpool, we know that this is already a difficult time without the added pressure of care costs and thats why we will always try to keep Remember Me's costs as low as we can.

Costs are £55 per day from 8am until 6pm. We do not charge for extra hours and never will. 
You do not need to arrive at 8am you can attend at any time however the cost is £55 no matter the time spent at the centre. 

we are a recognised social services provider and you can pay us via direct payments from
social services. 
you can pay privately.

* please note we only share pictures or videos of those we have photographic consent for. If you wish to attend Remember Me, photos will only be shared on any of our social platforms if consent is given by family members. 

Once you've popped into see us or given us a call. 

If you would like to proceed further, one of our team will invite you to book in a free taster session on a day of your choosing.

Taster sessions are for 3 hours and include a free 3 course lunch, all refreshements and activities. 

Once a taster session has finished you would collect your loved one and one of the team will update you on everything you need to know. If you would like to proceed and bring your loved one to Remember Me, you will be given a starter pack to take home and complete, you will then pick the days you would like your loved one to come and thats it. 

We have so many different activities that it’s easier to give us a call to chat rather than note them down. 
we also provide a free 1 hour dementia awareness training session if needed, however we hold monthly support groups which we give training and support.

At the end of each day your loved one will be given a communication sheets which tells you what’s they’ve done, eaten and drank through the day so you know how they got on. Also any medication is noted when given.
