Careline alarms help people live worry-free in their own homes whilst providing comfort and peace of mind for friends and loved ones. The alarm consists of a red button which can be worn by the alarm user, if the user needs assistance they can press their button and get help straight away.
Who it is for?
Anyone who needs a Careline alarm is eligible for one! Our users are often disabled, elderly, vulnerable or prone to falling but our alarms are suitable for anyone who needs a bit more support at home.

Annual plan: £125.00 with 3 months FREE
Fall Detector Yearly Plan: Intelligent Fall Detector Pendant £189.00 per year
For new customers, there is a one-off additional payment of £40.00 which covers the setup and administration costs.

How to access or apply for it:
The service can be accessed via our website www.careline.co.uk or by giving our friendly customer service team a call on 0800 101 3333. We can set up the personal alarm service within 24 hours of receiving a customer order either online or over the phone.
What to expect then:
Once the alarm is ordered, we send it out on a free Next Working Day service and ask that a form is filled out providing us with the alarm users details and list of emergency contacts. Once the form has been processed, the alarm can be quickly and easily installed and tested, it is then ready to use!
