One of our field supervisor will make an appointment with the client and carry out a risk assessment, a support plan will be put in place ,this will include what our carers are expected to do when they are on duty, time and frequency of visits are also agreed to.An agreement/ contract will be signed by both parties. For Local Authority clients the client's case worker will be involved and for private clients their next of kin will be involved.

Batanai Care Limited is regulated by the Care Quality Commission therefore all our activities are monitored from our staff recruitment to the support we provide to our service users. All our staff are DBS checked and would have gone under a proper induction before commencing work.
