The Information and Advice service is free, confidential and impartial. We provide up to date information and advice on a wide range of topics including: benefits, housing, health and residential care. Any older persons carer, family or friend may also approach the service for advice, as can health and social professionals.
Who it is for?
Anyone aged 50 and over, living in the Carmarthenshire area.

The Information and Advice service is based at our head office in Llanelli and operates Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 2.30pm Drop in, 9.00am - 4.00pm Telephone service or 9.00am - 2.00pm Drop in, 9.00am - 3.30pm Telephone service on Fridays.
You can leave a message on our answerphone if your enquiry is outside our opening times, and if we're not available you can also call Age Cymru advice line free of charge on 0800 223 444.
