Information and advice
Information and advice for older people in PowysWhat does it do?
Our experienced, friendly advisers offer information and advice on a wide range of topics including welfare benefits, housing options, community care, consumer issues and local services and support. If we can’t help, we will do our best to put you in touch with someone who can.
We know that the benefits system can be complicated and difficult to understand. Our Information and Advice team are here to help. We can complete a benefits check for you to make sure you're getting the benefits you're entitled to and provide assistance with completing forms.
