We offer three services to help you to stay at home with confidence that you have the right level of support:
ILA At Home - All round advice and continuing support. A local health professional gets to know you, organising and managing the high-quality all-round support you need to live happily and safely in your home over the long term.
ILA LifeLine - Crisis support to get you safely home from hospital. A local health professional is at your side, responding to a 24x7 call to manage all aspects of your recovery and independent-living needs for 3 months, with day to day expert support while you get back on your feet.
ILA Passport - Pease of mind from ILA membership. Provides the foundation for independent living with benefits including factsheets, newsletter and 24x7 helpline to activate ILA LifeLine for fast, local and professional support.

What it costs:
Our first visit is a free consultation for you to hear more about the service and meet your prospective Adviser. If you then choose to take up one or more of our services, the ILA At Home service costs from £950 a year (£1,200 for a couple), with supplementary charges for LifeLine and Passport services.

Your local Adviser is an experienced and fully-qualified community nurse who will spend time getting to know you and understanding your individual circumstances and preferences. Our Advisers understand what's available and how to navigate the system. So your Adviser will arrange the right combination of medical, practical and social support to ensure you get excellent service.
We aim to work with family and unpaid carers to provide the very best all-round support. We aim to enhance your relationship by taking care of practical and burdensome matters leaving time for family visits to be positive and emotionally supportive.
