We provides support for vulnerable adult living with learning disability, dementia, physical disability and older people living in their home who wants to remain independently for as long as they wish.

Local service (Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster, Barking & Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames).

The cost range from £15 - £25 per hour. 

We accept independent referral and referral from representative e.g social worker, GP, case manager etc.

Once we receive a call from you enquiring about our service, we visit you to discuss the support that is suitable to your needs, how you want the service to be done and after the assessment and you are happy to commit to our service, we introduce one of our floating support worker to you using our one page profile. 

At Xtreme Care we provides flexible support service to meet each of our client needs, we can assist you with your shopping,
cleaning, cooking and enable you to take part in social and leisure activities. We can simply just be someone to have a cup of tea and chat with occasionally. 

We can accompany you to social events, for example visiting the theatre, cinema, museums, pubs/bars, enabling you to get
out and about and enjoy activities. We can assist you with correspondence and paperwork – simplifying your life.
