What does it do?

This service provides support, home help and companionship for people within the community. We encourage independence, well-being and we put in place a package that has been created with the service user and loved ones, to ensure it is specifically catered to meet their needs. An example of some of our services: shopping, laundry/ironing/bedding, house hold chores, cleaning, meal preparation, companionship/company/days out/escort on social or medical appointments/visit family or friends, assistance with pet care, support after injury/fall/loss or returning home from hospital, we ensure your home is safe and secure and implement prevention methods to avoid falls or accidents. We provide a free at home assessment were we listen to you and what is important, we take it from there.

Who it is for?

This service can be provided for any adult in need of our support. We specialise in support for the elder members of the community.
