Tendring Careline is a Community Alarm Service that uses Telecare equipment to keep people safe in their own homes for longer.
Based on a needs assessment, Tendring Careline will install the equipment, monitor the alarms, and respond if necessary.

Local service (Tendring, Colchester).
What it costs:
There is a charge for monitoring of £18.50 + VAT per month however most Careline Service Users will be VAT exempt.
Many of our Service Users pay for Careline via their Attendants Allowance or other benefits.
