Clear Care are focused on delivering high quality person centred services based on the individual needs of each person.  We support people to live independently in their own home and access a wide range of services in their local community.

We work in partnership with people and their families to develop a care and support plan that is right for each individual.  The
care and support we provide is based on personal preferences and individual lifestyle choices and is unique to the person. 
We spend time getting to know people and their personality and how we can provide the right support to enable people to be independent and get the best out of life.    

From support for everyday living, personal care and health and wellbeing to helping people to access their local community and providing companionship for interests and hobbies.  

Clear Care provides services for older people and people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems.  We can also support people with dementia and long term conditions.  

Regional service (Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, West Midlands, Wiltshire, Worcestershire).

The cost will depend on the agreed care and support plan.  The care and support can be self funded or funded from your personal budget and direct payments.
