Quality services for older peopleWhat does it do?
My services assist in maximising enjoyment of life, for the young to those well into retirement. I aim to reduce stress by helping to create as much independence for clients as possible.
If coping alone in making arrangements and attending at appointments, dealing with correspondence, meal making and management, organising diaries and making bookings, shopping on-line or in the high street etc, leaves you feeling stressed, I can help deal with these tasks to free you up to focus more on enjoying those other interests which enhance your quality of life.
Perhaps I can help you with learning a new skill such as finding your way around a computer, sending emails, browsing the internet, shopping on-line or creating documents. I can guide you with your painting or exploring other Arts and Crafts.

I offer a quality service to elderly clients, new mothers, disabled clients, those in post op recovery or with sports injuries, those in bereavement, in fact anyone incapacitated or at home feeling overwhelmed.
