What does it do?

At Calibre Quality Care we specialise in helping you find a friendly, yet professional, Personal Assistant that is right for you.

The bespoke arrangements agreed between you and your Personal Assistant allow for individual needs and wants to be accomodated, and taking Person-Centred Care to a whole new level!

The standard of care provided by each of our Personal Assistants is incredibly high, but more importantly, the service is delivered with genuine empathy, thoughtfulness, and humility. This creates confidence and comfort that you can trust in the service provided by Calibre Quality Care and its introduced Personal Assistants.

Calibre Quality Care brings support to clients of all ages and abilities in every aspect of their lives, maintaining and promoting individual independence, choice and wellbeing.

Through assisting, enabling and reablement, we are a "one stop shop" for support, whether you need help doing chores around the house, meal preparation, assistance with personal care, medication assistance, social support & accessing the community or quite simply companionship, there is a Personal Assistant to suit you or your loved ones requirements.

Our Personal Assistants offer a flexible approach to modern day care and support, and can visit you from as little as an hour a week to several hours a day. It is Your Support, Your Care, Your Choice.

What it costs:

Our PAs charge between £18.00 and £23.00 per hour. Please contact us for more details.

In addition to our other services, we offer wellbeing check visits to give peace of mind, and an advocacy service to always ensure that your, or your loved ones, best interests are heard and maintained. Call us for tailored costs for these services as they are not charged at an hourly rate.

We accept privately funded clients, and also work with local authorities, Direct Payments and CHC payment teams.

What to expect then:

After contacting us we will discuss with you what support you need and want. This can either be done on the telephone, by email, or in-person.

Additional information:

Friendly, flexible and dedicated Personal Assistants. All have an enhanced DBS, insurance and are trained to the CQC Mandatory care sector training as a minimum. Many PAs have specialist skills training too
