The service has 29 self-contained, wheelchair accessible apartments, each of which is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. As well as ample living space, there is access to shared communal areas, an outdoor area and domestic help. We also have an on-site laundry room and specially adapted bathroom. Expert care is provided by our team of highly skilled and caring professionals who are available 24/7.We work closely with tenants, to create a personalised care plan that is tailored to each individual's needs. We encourage, and support people to maintain close links with their family and friends and empower them to create new links within the local community so that they truly feel at home." Show less
