The court, an Extra Care scheme with 40 flats, is surrounded by trees and offers great views from the upper levels. There is a small park and a library nearby, as well as some local shops and Grove Park Station.

Regular buses run to Bromley, Lewisham and Catford town centres, where a larger range of shops and amenities can be found. Two local doctors surgeries attend the court to see residents, as does an NHS dentist and podiatrist. A hairdressers can be found within the court, which also features a private consulting room for use by the medical services that visit.

There is a residents lounge, quiet room and laundry. There is also a day centre on the ground floor. Outside, gardens can be accessed through the day centre and the rear of flats on the ground floor.
