The village comprises of 150 privately owned properties including cottages, bungalows and apartments, on the unspoilt edge of Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. The centre of this sought-after village is the Grade II listed Mansion House. This is the village clubhouse where the village's extensive communal facilities can be found. These include a restaurant, bar, function room, library, snooker room and conservatory.
