It consists of 29 one bedroom flats and includes some of mobility standard. Its communal facilities include a lift, lounge laundry, guest facilities, garden and conservatory. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. The bus stop is a couple of steps away for travel into the town centre and the local shop is equally close. Residents enjoy a variety of weekly social activities organised by residents.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
