Show more "Set in the pleasant area of Folkestone beneath the North Downs in Kent, Lord Cornwallis Court provides 30 well proportioned one bedroom apartments for both singles and couples. All apartments come equipped with a fitted kitchen, oven, fridge freezer and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The court is approximately a 15 minute walk away from the local shops and a 10 bus journey away from the town centre which has a full range of shops and amenities. On-site facilities at the court include a communal lounge, communal kitchen, laundry room, twin guest room and a communal garden.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
