The scheme has 38 flats and a beautiful garden which is maintained by gardeners, with help from the residents. On site facilities for residents include a lounge, lift, laundry and overnight guest room. Local amenities include a hairdressers, chemist and shop. There is also a large supermarket situated 5 minutes away, by car. The court offers a range of social activities including coffee mornings, exercise classes and monthly fish 'n chip lunches.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
