Facilities at the court include a communal room, laundry room, guest room and a landscaped communal garden maintained by residents. The court also has a well stocked library with books being changed frequently. There are good local amenities within walking distance including, a chemist, GP surgery, Indian restaurant, hairdressers and a public house. Chessington Zoo and Animal Park is about a ten minute bus ride away and the town centre is approximately one mile away.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it.
