The court consists of 40 one bedroom flats for both single and double use. Court facilities include a communal lounge, laundry room as well as a well stocked library. The GP surgery is within walking distance as well as the local supermarket and other high street chains. Public transport is easily accessible with a bus stop into Maidstone, a short walk away enabling access to the railway station, which is on the mainline to London, Dover and Canterbury.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
